Justice Thatcher did a great job handling my case. My process required 5 different representatives who were tasked with being "neutral and objective"... Justice Thatcher was the only one that wasn't manipulated. He properly read material, formed objective and very accurate opinions and served the law appropriately. I was impressed!

He should be un appointed . Very one sided does not follow the rules, or the best interest of the children . If you go in front of him get sick and leave he will ruin your life with his bias rulings . He must be so damaged from his father murdering his mother. That shows in his decisions.

He is totally against The Charter Of Rights and freedoms. I also find him to be very bias against women in all ways. He is all one sided. If i knew about his background before going in front of him . Father murdering his Mother. There is no way in this world or any other that does not effect him in his rulings.I know i am a Homicide Survivor. Run for your life if he is your Judge . Cause you wont have one when he is done with you. Just get sick and leave.

Cannot trust a man who supports his murderer father and betrayed his own mother. Agree - has a huge chip on his shoulder concerning women. And his own father thought he and his brother were idiots - little wonder why.

A brilliant lawyer who is highly educated and dedicated to his legal practice. His desk side manner is respectful, firm but playful. As a judge he's sensible, fair and direct in his adherence to the law and court rules; he upholds Charter rights essentially and ensures all parties are treated fairly. I'd recommend Regan to handle all if not most of my legal matters because he's dependable, trustworthy and educated with helpful knowledge of jurisprudence. Pick him and you'll be satisfied every time, he's great!

I have no idea what anyone is talking about here - Reagan did an amazing job with me , everytime we visit the courts he is on time, courteous, and I walk out with everything I asked EVERYTIME

He should work for the other side. He asked me what I want, and I said i want my kid's to come home. He then asked me cluelessly how I wish to do that. I'm not the one who took all the year's of law school. I don't know. At least I have good ethics and moral's for a start.

Showed up late and missed the boat....glad I didn't hire him.Very unproffessional conduct.The court date was 9 and he showed up at 10:15.Judge not inpressed.

Very hard to get a hold of. Had to make complaints with Manitoba Lawyer Assoc in order for him to return calls. He was very good at dragging things out and "making deals." Huge waste of time.
