I paid him $2500 in my divorce case. He suggested mediation immediately, showed up 40 minutes late, never apologized, only asked if i paid the balance owed which i paid in full.My husband told his side first. James Hopkins sided with the Mediator, verbally attacked me that he has more important clients than me, and Judge James from Douglasville is his friend and he will never side with me, not to waste his time, and sign the divorce papers my ex presented. He and the Mediator obviously knew each other. Hope no one else was scammed this way. Still in shock that this could happen in this modern day and time. I paid to have James Hopkins defend my ex.
