i would never use eberstein and witherite again they filed my lawsuit and my daughter's lawsuit and got both names and our accident wrong the case setttled for little money i do not think they actually looked at any facts except wanting to settle

My rating of Brian Eberstein and Amy Witherite is 1 out of 5. They only care about one thing-- profits. My case got ignored from the very beginning and when someone finally got around to settling it, Brian Eberstein and Amy Witherite got most of the money. Stay away from Eberstein and Witherite, they are a bad firm and will shaft you in the end!
