This attorney is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. He has poor communication skills and does not follow up on his cases. He charged me a $4000 retainer fee and did not refund it when I dropped him because he did not do the job that was expected, as a matter of fact, he did nothing. He then accused my sister and I of threatening his staff which did not happen. He threatened us! Don't even attempt to hire him!

he is rude and not knowledgeable on cases that he takes on but will take the case anyway, of course for taking people's hard earned money. he hangs up on his clients and people involved in the case. He is condescending and bills more than what the original signed contract states and was agreed on. When clients ask him questions to get an understanding of their case his response is "I don't know". he does not return phone calls and talks to outside people about the case and provides updates to them but not his clients. I will never recommend this lawyer to anyone and I have never been treated this way from a lawyer. Anyone who has had a bad experience with this lawyer please do not hesitate to report him to the Texas State Bar. This is the grievance place for clients who have issues or unfair practices with lawyers.
