Absolutely horrible. Does not care about anything. Will never return calls or emails. No wonder he accepts legal aid clients. Cost me my son at the end of the day. Please stay away from him

So disorganized. Rude. A real piece of something. Makes a court room look like a circus with him being the main monkey. Free entertainment for anyone who would like to see him in action. Willing to lie to the court system. Disclosure of information way pass deadline. Doesn't respond to emails. Doesn't understand the meaning of confidentiality. No respect whatsoever for the law even though he is supposed to be representing it. Scary and sad to see someone like him representing the law.

Terrible lawyer. Heard child molestation and quit via text msg at 10pm. Two days before court. No reason. Because of this a mother lost her child to a well known abusive man history if abuse. A child who spoke out 3 times was covered in bruises yet that dispicable human being didn't care. He cost a little girl if her life her innocence. He just be but behind bars. I hope karma pays him a visit one day.

This Lawyer is the worst. Does not not return calls or e-mails. Fails to show up on extremely important court dates and has people stand in for him who know nothing about the case. No wonder he is a Legal Aid lawyer, no one else will hire him.

Just a horrible person with no morals or ethics at all. Did not file pertinent information to court within required timelines, did not follow my direction, did not provide any accounting for funds received. He still owes me the remainder of my retainer and I have filed with the law society. Dishonest, slimy, disgusting, and just all around a horrible person. His specialty is chasing low income single mothers and offering services for services...enough said!!!!

Mr Newcombe is well known for his high ethics. I am very grateful to have him council me through an extremely difficult and complicated custody battle. (On legal aid I might add.)

If zero was possible - he wouldn't score 1. He did NOT return calls, did NOT file relevant evidence in time, he was very condescending,he tried to bully us into paying him after the bill was already paid! Steer clear.

Failed to disclose extremely relevant information, presented an absolutely incompetent defense,did not return our phone calls, did not act on our directions,caused unnecessary delays and made no attempt to contact key witnesses who all fled the area to avoid appearing in court.He was so incompetent that I had to take up smoking again after 21/2 years of not having a single one, and he was even the one that offered it to me. Need I say more?
