Attorney Bailey is a fantastic lawyer! Not having a large support network in the area, I was forced to find a lawyer on my own. I simply googled "Best lawyer for women in Rockford" and Attorney Carol Bailey's profile came up first. She proved to be intrumental to my return to an emotionally healthy state after a tumultuous marriage and complicated divorce. This is a caring, incredibly intelligent lawyer, and I doubt I would have faired nearly as well without having her as my lawyer. My settlement FAR exceeded my expectations, and I was able to avoid a costly and stressful trial as well! She is a top notch lawyer! I highly recommend Attorney Bailey!!

She's extremely unethical. She played every unethical trick in the book on my ex - to the point that it was disgusting to me and everyone else who knew about her antics. She's was just in it to suck me dry of my money, when I ran out of money, couldn't borrow money and it appeared that no money would likely be awarded in my divorce settlement, then she hurriedly talked me into agreeing to a marriage settlement agreement that got me a lot less than I would have been awarded (had I had more money and been able to stick it out longer) and yet coincidentally got me just enough liquid cash to pay her bill. Then she immediately dropped me as a client. She's nasty, rude, full of herself and a down right scum bag of a person.
