I had a horrible experience with this attorney and his father. I was subjected to conflicts of interest with him. I was slandered on the internet for complaining about his services. I tried on several occasions to discuss the matter with him, but he refused to discuss anything with me. I ended up publishing my experience with this firm him on Rip Off Report.In his rebuttal, he fabricated, devoid of fact or evidence, unprovable lies about me. His slanderous remarks were extremely damaging.
I ended up taking the issue to the Ma. BBO File No. B3-09-0051 who disciplined him with an admonition against his record and stern reprimand. Violation of attorney client privilege, conflicts of interest, slander, defamation of character, malpractice as well as behavior unbecoming of an attorney.
You can search him on Rip Off Report and see the facts for yourself. This is no joke and I warn anyone to approach this law firm with great caution and wariness.

Mr. Fein decided that since he was a lawyer that he could say, do, and publish things on the internet without reprocussion. Ma. Bar Overseer Counsil is Disciplining him for violation of attorney/client privelage. This is a nasty individual folks. I learned the hard way after he swindled me out of $20,000 and filed a fee dispute with the Bar. The rest of his actions speak for themselves.
