Chris Bain is a fantastic lawyer! He is very knowledgeable and fights for his clients. I have worked with him on several different occasions and I am proud to say, I don't regret any of it. He is worth every dime! He answered all of my questions, returned all of my calls, was diligent, conscientious and empathized with the situations. He is straightforward and honest and he fights for you! I am grateful to have found a wonderful attorney that I can stand behind! I will continue to refer and promote him to others in need.

Atty Bain is A very terrible lawyer he takes your money, $1000 dollars but never contacts you. If there is a change then he will have his secretary send you a letter. He shows up in court and you see him running around but he never really spends time with you. He will eet for a few seconds when you get into court, but he still doesn't listen to what you have to say, and just talks and talks when he's before the judge but he doesn't say anything in your favor. He is a lazy lawyer who is only in it for the money. I think that a public defender gives more value because you don't pay him.

The worst person I ever dealt with. I WAS YOUNG and I did not know anything. He never gave me any proper information in regards to my case. He just did not give a Damn because he was my legal aid. I was not given a fair trial because he in fact thought I was guilty. Because of him I was wrongfully charged.

Attorney Bain did a good job representing me. Excellent communicator and has great relationships in the court system in Henrico. Well respected among peers. Got my Dui reduced and I was pleased with outcome. I would have used him on appeal but no need. He was understanding and honest.

With a liberal rehabilitative view, Christopher Bain as it relates to drug and alcohol violations, coerces clients to enroll in a privately owned Substance Abuse treatment program. Vulnerable clients, upon the advice of Attorney Bain, enroll. There is a unique relationship between the owner of this program and Richmond lawyers. Fear of the worst outcome, clients are told to call and enroll. The lawyers use this enrollment as a rehabilitative tool to negotiate, EVEN if the client doesn't have a drug or alcohol problem. Program locks clients into a year Christopher Bain becomes an unauthorized part of your treatment team and coerces his clients enrollment into this very expensive, privately owned unlicensed pro and supports it none the less! He tells the court to order continuance of the year program(the program is a money making joke. He will not tell his clients of their options before sentencing. Private Investment? Young clients, beware! He is not the only lawyer using Casselton.
