I had no idea who to call and took a chance on having Mr. Bucar represent me. I appreciated the flat fee expense as I have heard scary stories of expensive representation with less than positive outcome. Mr. Brucar explained the process and provide expertise to work through the charge. He was able to acquire community service for me which I complied and the charges were dismissed. I certainly do not plan to find myself in a position to need an attorney for any police matter but I would reach out to Mr. Brucar for assistance.

My son was a drug addict for several years and we have dealt with quite a few attorneys. Most offered arrogance, minimal effort, lack of communication and downright unpleasantness. We thought the phrase "caring attorney" was an oxymoron. Wayne Brucar changed our mind about that. He arrived at every court date early and studied all the documents. He always took time to listen to us and returned calls and emails. He did his research, sought out precedents that would benefit us, and guided us every step of the way. He argued our case before the judge brilliantly and somehow kept my son out of jail even with a long record. He charged a reasonable flat fee and never asked for more money. He was the guy for us and I would highly recommend him.

I've giving this lawyer a "Excellent" review, we used Mr. Brucar from Florida after my son ran into a situation in IL. I contacted Mr. Brucar via a referral and he handle and concluded my case with one visit to IL from Florida. Very knowledgeable lawyer who "shoots" from the hips, he tells you what exactly you are facing without any confusion. I thank Mr. Brucar for his excellent service.

We found Wayne Brucar when a speeding ticket in IL required a court appearance. During our first conversation with Mr. Brucar, we had many questions, which he took the time to answer completely and in terms we could understand.
On court date, we were relieved that Mr. Brucar was our attorney, as he was obviously a well-known, much-respected presence in the courtroom. His calmness and professionalism was reassuring in an unfamiliar and chaotic setting. Though there were hundreds of people in traffic court that day, he told us that we'd get this taken care of as quickly as possible, and he delivered on that statement.
Mr. Brucar has a straightforward, no-nonsense approach that might at first seem a bit brusque, but he is a smart, competent, clearly well-respected legal pro who delivers the needed results with a minimum of fuss and anxiety. We felt that the retainer we paid up front was money well-invested, as it resulted in a great return.

I found Mr Brucar to be very professional and responsive to our legal needs. I live in Oklahoma and he represented me in Chicago. Successfully resolved outstanding warrant and old tickets. My son now has his drivers license again because of Mr Brucar. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found Mr. Brucar to be very honest,respectful and acted at all times in my best interest. While I agree that paying upfront is a little stciky and I was told to never do that, nevertheless he came highly recommended by another attornay and paying him upfront didn;t seem to mater. He nswered all my questions,phone calls in a timely and patient manner. He never made me feel bad about asking a question and always seemed to keep me calm. I believe he did the best for me and would recommend him to others without hesitation.if your looking for a babysitter or a new bff then call someone else but if your looking for an attorney that seems to be well respected among his peers, the DA'S and the judges then this is your attorney. He is not someone that I fel would just snooze through a case but takes his position seroiusly.

Just like the other reviews he talks a good game until he gets his money! In court all he said was do u have your paperwork! I would not recommend this guy. Not good at all!

Communication skills are not good, they told me my case would probably not turn out to be a conviction. I asked how much money it would cost for them to deal with my case. Mr Yetter said that my case would take a couple of court dates and therefore he would charge only $800. I paid them in full after my 1st court date. The first court date (Nov 12 2008) I plead not guilty and set up the next court date on Jan 12 2009. After the first court date (which they sent a different lawyer I never met) the lawyer gave me a card and said to call to discuss my case before my second court date. I work full time and go to college part time so, I can be busy. I wanted to enjoy my thanksgiving and christmas before dealing with my legal matters. Anyway, after the new year rolled around I gave my lawyers a call. They told my that my agreement was to plead guilty, that was what I paid them for. If this was the case why didn't we just do this in November? Bottom Line: $2500 more B&C= TERRIBLE LAWERS
