I was extremely impressed with Mr. Bickman. During recent consultation, he related how all the facts of a potential court hearing would play out and what it takes to prepare and appear in court. He patiently explains all the facts of a case - what stands up in court and what wouldn't. Has lots of legal experience and excellent communication skills.

Mr. Bickman was able to untangle the mess my previous attorney left behind. He was very straight forward with me as to what to expect and in actuality, he wasn't far off. I like that he took the bull by the horns and lead my complicated divorce to a speedy resolve. He did an excellent job focusing on what was important and (I'm sure) saved me thousands of dollars by not litigating meaningless matters that opposing council raised. When it came time to litigate, he controlled the situation and had opposing council in constant disarray. I highly recommend Mr. Bickman and expect he will protect your assets as much as he did mine.

Throughout my divorce proceedings, I faced many difficult, contentious, complicated situations. Mr. Bickman understood how to elegantly navigate these challenges. His knowledge and experience, bolstered by his familiarity with the inner workings of the family court system, guided my case toward a rapid, favorable resolution.
Mr. Bickman was always available by phone or email and he responded rapidly to any of my questions or concerns. Throughout the litigation of my case, I felt like Mr. Bickman cared deeply about the outcome and always had the best interest of my children in mind. He worked so hard on behalf of my children and me, and ultimately we achieved the optimal resolution.

I had entered into a simple dissolution of marriage and used a document prepare individual to take care of the paperwork thinking that it was something that could be handled easily. This women turned out to be a scam artist. When I finally realized, I contacted Josh to have him look into my case as I was moving to a different state and needed to have this drawn out divorce handled in a timely manner. Josh pulled a miracle, he was able to conduct the due diligence and processes that the document prepare women completely screwed up and convinced the judge to grant me a default and final hearing within one week of each other. Based upon the amount of time that had passed, this was a very small chance of occurring but Josh made it happen. He was up front with me the entire time about the process and we were able to negotiate a fair and justifiable price for his services.If your in a jam, Josh Bickman will get you out!

Joshua Bickman was a disaster. We had a strategy meeting scheduled before mediation and he did not show up (after confirming twice). This was going to dictate the next 10 years of my life (minor child) and he could not give me 30 minutes (of paid time). The opposing counsel was prepared while Joshua Bickman just tried to "wing it" and failed. Attorney Bickman lacked compassion. When I would ask a question he would tell me "BE QUIET!" He is not organized ( does not have a paralegal). He asked for financial items that I had already sent and did not know the amount for court fees for mediation because he did not take time to read the Judges memo. I hired him in April 2015 and it was becoming such a disaster I had to hire a new attorney. Of course this cost me a lot more money. I do not NOT recommend Joshua Bickman and advise you to keep searching for another attorney.

I hired Mr. Bickman for a divorce case. Mr. Bickman is honest, hardworking and charges a very fair price. He got me the results I wanted and several things I did not even think of that have made my and my children's lives so much better.

I hired Mr. Bickman for my divorce. He is an Excellent attorney, extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer my questions. Fair priced. Not just another attorney, really cared about me and my children.
