Do not use this lawyer, he does not work hard or know how to fight in the court. He tries to avoid court in my case. My car was towed, total lost. I have to go to emergency room two times, I got whiplash and out of work for two months. He argue with me that I was not hurt and pain free. What kind of laywer is that? Is is my laywer or he works for Insurance company? I wish he had whiplash one day and someone say that to him. I pray God for justice. I have friends look for another attoney to takke care of my case after all. Do not sign paper or do any business with Brian deBrun. Brian deBrun is not a good attorney to fight for your case in court, or can settle for your suffer. How can a lawyer protect your case said to you that you didn't get hurt after transport to emergency and go back to emergency again.
