Cocky and underhanded. Did not disclose important information to me or was not at all clear in an agreement I was binding myself to in a temporary orders(child custody) agreement. Because he had great knowledge of my situation, he was either sloppy or deliberately not forthcoming. I felt he pressured me into a deal so he could secure his attornies fees. When he quit because I questioned him, he definitely validated my theory. Before I agreed to the deal, he told me the $2500 he would be receiving from the other party in the agreement would get us through another month, but then Kelly quit and invoiced me additional $10000, nearing the mediation and divorce trial to finalize the divorce and more importantly, the custody of my 9 month old daughter. So now I have no legal representation and no money to hire someone else when I really need it!
