He is an awful attorney since he doesn't communicate with the defendant at all. When the defendant or someone affliated with the defendant calls and calls after leaving message after message he does not reply to anything. So now my boyfriend is in jail on charges of 2nd degree escape from jail because he was not told he had to report to jail because of a missed court date he knew nothing about and facing more time in jail due to back up time for missing the court date. Lawyers/attorneys are suppose to keep people informed of everything going on in their case by not ignoring phone calls anx voicemails. Obviously if he can't communicate efficiently he has no value other than the money that is going into his pocket. I am hoping he can do something right and own up to what he did so the defendant's charges will be lessened. This is not right. He was better off without a lawyer, at least then he wouldn't have an esacpe from jail charge on his record.
