Horrible! Arrogant attitude didn't come close to matching results. John made the claim "I have never lost a case" for reducing property taxes. He lost! He & his witness were not prepared, calling me the morning of the case to try to gather information with I did not have available for them on such short notice. The lack of preparation and poor presentation didn't go over well with the judge. He didn't have the time to call me at any time following the case. He didn't have the decency to call me to discuss the case to find out if there were other alternatives or the challenges presented in the case. He didn't even return my calls but rather sent a letter with the results. in spite of his claim every one loses, but not to follow up with the client to discuss the case is unprofessional, upsetting and rude. Look elsewhere. There are plenty of caring competent attorneys.
