January 2024 - Had a lively conversation with this attorney before the holidays. Then? Nothing. I'm certain she's very knowledgeable, but so far as communication is concerned (even a nope), and the other areas (tenacity, quality of work and value), I can only guess. Sadly, while three law firms referred me to Ms. Watters, it appears there are no firms in Tucson to help those with illness/injury.

Another lawyer said she was interesting in hearing my mold case. She never once returned any phone call nor did she respond to a single email I sent. Mold lawsuits clearly go to Andrea Watters to die. I honestly wonder what the hell is up with this... It makes no sense. I have a super solid case with an insane amount of proof regarding my mold related illnesses and injuries and even the tenant who moved into the unit after me became severely ill too and had full body rashes. That poor mom who moved in after me became so sick she had to go on short term disability for two months. I cannot believe how awful this situation is. I am appalled at Andrea Watter and her lack of professionalism. At least Joel Herz has the professionalism to respond to requests and inform potential clients whn he can't take their cases. You can't expect any kind of professionalism from Andrea though because she won't even bother responding to you, even when she supposedly is "interested in hearing our case."

If you want security in the lawyer you are retaining, this isn't the one for you. She doesn't return emails or phone calls no matter how urgent. She just goes radio silent until she decides she has time for you.

Attorney Watters is a charming and personable attorney when she chooses to make herself available. It is a consensus opinion that Ms. Watters procrastinates. Perhaps she takes on too large of a work load, or perhaps she needs to enlist a partner. Regardless, the outcome of my experience was disappointing.
