Jeff Novins recently represented me in a lawsuit in which we won. He spent time in and out of the office preparing for this trial. In the end, he knew the history and details of the case almost as well as I did. His confidence gave me the confidence to go to trial and present my case. He knew where to go for outside sources, if needed, and was always cost conscious. If needed, I would hire him again.

My experience with Jeff was outstanding. He kept us informed during the entire process and gave us the proper guidance we needed. I did not have to constantly check to see if he was getting things done as he always ahead of me. Jeff always made time to answer my questions regardless of the relevance to the case. The fact that we were on the winning side after spending considerably less than our opposition only proves Jeff's worth. I can highly recommend Jeff and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Attorney Novins was respectful and fairly knowledgeable however was not prepared to defend my case substantially. In some sense I felt that I was portrayed in a very bad light by his representation in regards to my case. He was very diligent in returning my emails and phone calls which seems to be a rare commodity in attorney-ville; yet had a difficult time relating to me and my case on a personal level. By the nature of this rating and review assuming I lost my case is correct. Though we all feel we are in the right; in my case... simply put, justice was not served. I feel a more concerned and sensitive attorney would have done a better job representing me.
