My experience with Mr. Luby was the worst i have ever dealt with in my life. The man does not have his clients best interests in mind. My fiancee needed a lawyer for his child support and traffic tickets the total cost for services was $3500(I didn't care about the cost as long as he could help). He did not help but he did make it worse for us he missed court at two of the places which i lost the bail money of 800 and two more warrant's were issued because of it. When I found out that he did not show for court and did not reschedule I had stopped pmts and tried to contact him, by this time I had pd him over $2500. Mr Luby finally returned my call months later he was rude, and very disrespectful to me and my fiancée. Told my fiancee that he wanted pmt and that he said I was to not contact him any more, but he failed to realize is that I was paying making the pmts. Well needless to say i paid for him to just stand in front of a judge and do nothing! TRUST ME DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN !
