I received a traffic ticket in New York in 2022 while visiting from Florida. I hired this company based on online search results, paid in full, and trusted they would handle the matter professionally. Fast forward to 2025—three years later—I found out on my own that my driver’s license is now at risk of suspension due to this unresolved ticket.
Throughout that entire time, I received no updates, no emails, no calls, no letters—absolutely no communication from their team. I only discovered the issue this weekend while trying to replace my driver’s license. When I called their office, I spoke to someone named Joel, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Rather than assisting me, he raised his voice and claimed a letter was sent, which I never received.
I feel this company failed to provide the basic level of service expected, especially in a legal matter that directly affects someone’s driving privileges. I regret using them and would not recommend their services to any

Keep trying to double charged me. When trying to clarify it instead of listening they started to talk to me like I'm one of their pet. I DO NOT RECOMMAND THAT LAWYER.

Kept adjourning cell phone ticket for almost 2 years and then had to pay full amount and received full points. Total waste of time and money contacting them. They didn't even contact me to tell me they lost. DMV contacted me threatening to suspend my license and, when I contacted their office to tell them about the notice, all they wanted to know is if I wanted to pay the fine through them. Obnoxious attitude when I inquired as to what happened and why no one from their office contacted me. Terrible support staff and, apparently, legal staff.

Don't waste your money on this Attorney,the lawyer cant even help at all and made everything worst than plea guilty. The receptionist has bad attitude , disrespect to clients and yell back at client. Such a very unprofessional firm with unprofessional employees.

A taxi driver referred me to this attorney and she has saved my license. She won 3 of my tickets and her office always kept me informed of each hearing date. She educated me of the rules so I wont keep getting these tickets.

Don't even think of going to this lawyer. I got a stop sign ticket. $150 fine and 2 points. Someone told me to contact this lawyer, i did and they told me to pay them $150 and they will fight and waive the ticket. I got a letter in the mail for the hearing date, i informed them, they told me we also received the letter and you shouldn't be worry. When i inquire them after the hearing date 9f everything is O.K. I was surprised to know that no one from there office showed up for the hearing so i become guilty. When i call the DMV to inquire further, i got another shocked that they suspend my licence because i am guilty and i didn't pay the fine. I call the lawyer and the receptionist told me, no problem we can take care of that, just give us ur credit card, we will pay the fine and ur licence will be active again. I was so pissed off, i hang up the phone, pay the fine another $150 beside the one i gave it to the lawyer to get things going. At the end lost $300 plus 2 points.

I used this lawyer 3 times for 3 different tickets. Thank God she got all dismissed. Totally recommended .

I had dealt with this firm for a ticket I had received when I was visiting NYC. I have not personally met Mrs. Magee but spent sometime talking to one of her legal support employee named Nas or Naz. He was very polite and informative. He explained the process. I had received tickets for speaking on the phone and making an improper turn. She dismissed the cell phone ticket and I was found guilty on improper turn. I was very pleased with the service I was provided and would definitely recommend them.

this lady has helped me and was referred by a taxi driver to me. she gave me a fair price and explained everthing she was doing i never had to go to court and i got not guilty.

Did absolutely nothing for me, but take my money. Kept postponing my court date and telling anything was fine and then I had to pay full fine and points. WASTE OF MONEY!

Lawyer failed to appear in the court twice. I was asked to fill out bond which was never submitted by my lawyer. After taking my money and failing twice to appear in the court my lawyer ask me to plea guilty.
Extremely unethical and should be behind bars.
