Mr. Astley was my attorney and my experience was terrible. I felt like he didn’t care at all about my case and he wasn’t even there to go over the final paper work with me when it came time to sign. I received what I believe is a very, very, very poor settlement. While I believe that Mr. Astley is a knowledgeable attorney, I do not feel that he used that knowledge for my benefit. Also, when I got billed, there was never a breakdown of the hours or the reason for such a high bill, just a huge bill. Given my personal experience, I can not recommend Mr. Astley. He just did not seem to care at all about helping me.
