Extremely poor "alleged" professionl. Fast talker. Sign the retainerand leave attitude. Dirtbag staff when entering. No communication for over 2>3 monthes. My case was slip/fall with serious injury. He did Nothing. Hired new attorney, yule never forwarded paperwork. Had to start from scratch. he has a nitche with suing mass transit. I surmise that is where the easy money is. he also represents dirtbag criminals (wife beaters) and charges thousands on cash terms. He has Not been all that great in saving them. I do NOT recomend unless you work for the LIRR and have a bogus physical claim. Lawyers are a dime a dozen although there are a few helpfull ones out there that will actually secure proper justice.

This attorney is a publicity seeking attorney. I used him in a case with my daughter. After I moved out of state he took it upon himself to put an article in the NY Post about the case along with my picture. Not only was this an embarrassment to me, it was an outrage. He didn't have my permission and went behind my back. Don't use him!
