She has lost every decision that has been brought in this case, from simple to complex decisions.Even Constitutional right's were lost. She is poorly organized & not detail oriented. This has cost my friend over and over as the other side continues to find and exploit the poorly written documents that she submits. I've watched her in court & seen her get flustered, thumb through papers, as if looking for an answer. She is poorly prepared & lacks obvious answers to simple questions. She doesn't have the edge required for family law. There have been so many obvious & easily buttoned up details that should have been addressed by her at the time they were on the table.It is not up to her client to see all of the details that may occur as things are written, it is HER duty. You would think she would be more thorough and complete but this just isn't the case. Don't waste hundreds of thousands of dollars hoping the next thing she will get right and win because it just never happens with her.

Divorce that lasted almost 18 months because my ex was and is mentally ill. I got everything I needed-custody, restraining order, order for mental health evaluation before he could see children which he has not completed.
