Bob Hamilton could definitely improve by not sending me personal emails of another client of his with the same first name as me, exposing all of her personal information to me during her divorce. Also, I would never hire a lawyer (Bob Hamilton) that was investigated by the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of MO for misconduct. If you don't relish the thought of losing 50 grand plus on top of paying a lawyer by the hour for his services, I would not hire him.

Absolutely the best. He is on top of your problem, prepares you well, and is not afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear (because you need to hear it). Most importantly, he has a great rapport with the judges and knows how to make the system work for you rather than being worked by the system, which is what happens way too often in our highly biased, money hungry legal system. Oh, and he truly cares too. I highly recommend Bob!!!
