I've recommended him to family and friends for DUI's, and criminal cases. As long as he's not retired, he will remain my go-to for any legal council.

	9/5/10	1	1	1	1	1	Mr Blischak will take your money [ he overcharges, this was a judement by an arbitration settlement] and will do nothing to earn his fee. He pads his time and does not appear in court on schedule and/or present the evidence. He has a hearing coming up about his lack of professionalism.
	2/16/10	1	1	1	1	1	I had hired john because he had sold me on the fact that he knew so many peole. Like most attorneys he said I can not promise you anything i do however; suggest you hire someone. I asked why i should hire him and what he could do. i was told this is petty. That the state had bigger cases, and he knew lots of people. I hired john and he did nothing for me. on one occasion i had called to ask a question regarding the detention officers and was told by john that i didn't pay him for all that. I was in complete awe. when someone is in trouble especialy with the law in maricopa county. A person needs legal advise. Sometimes in despairity we seek people such as john blischak who make it worst. At times his phone wouldnt work so i couldnt get threw. Another time when telling this so called attorney my story. I was told "tell it to someone else i've herd it all before." An attorney should be someone whom will fight for you. Not try to set up their needs to not have to refund money.(somuchmore
