GAL was appointed by court to be unbiased. Clearly favored my ex. Didn't listed to kids, teachers, or put their well-being first. A lot of good money spent for nothing.

Prescription medication caused a posetive drug screen. Before I could verify the prescription, Hoette decided to call my ex and tell her I tested positive. Imagine.. a Lawyer that never heard of the HIPAA Law. Lies about communicating with the childs counselor which caused continuances in my case.$$$ This was verified by a call to the counselor who said she hadnt spoke to HOETTE in THREE MONTHS. Ultimately decided that "MOM" who just got out of rehab,recently beat one son, and punched the other in the back of the head, unemployed with a criminal record, would be a more fit parent than "DAD" who doesnt have a record, worked full time,took care of all 3 kids and never used drugs in my life. By far the worst injustice for my children imaginable. In my humble opinion, This Lawyer shoud never represent anyone who wants whats best for their kids. Whoever posted the review before mine... WOW, looks like we got the same HOETTE huh?

GAL was appointed to me and favored petitioner. unfair treatment. didnt take in account childs best interest. only favored petitioner, although there is evidence of abuse from petitioner. all dangers were ignored and the petitioner's proposed parenting plan was copied and submitted to the court, even though it wasn't the child's best interest.
