Monet helped me with my divorce and to get custody of my son I was told by many people its impossible for the father to get custidy, Monet made the impossible possible! I didn't just get custody I was rewarded with full sole custody thanks to Monet. The work she has done for me was great I always knew what was going on and what was about to happen I could call her office at anytime and anybody there could tell me what was going on, they all worked together as a team! I got to know Monet really well over the course of my case and there is no doubt in my mind that she is the best attorney ever! Best choice I have ever made and worth every penny! penny!

Unfortunately i have been dealing with them for over a year. For what was suppose to be a simple divorce has now excelled into something more. I have already paid money for a uncontested divorce which mind you should be simple. However, due to the firms coworker (whom was fired 2 months after my case) who was terrible and tried to console my ex... Then once she was fired because apparently others were upset about her performance, then came the other coworker (2nd court date) this time the judge didn't even want to hear what she had to say... She was not prepared and neither was the first one. So, trying to talk to them before hand was impossible because they chose not to say anything to me until the court date which eventually blew up in her face as i told her... But now they want me to pay an extreme amount of money for something they caused to happen versus talking to me before hand... My advice for anyone is to research firms and review ratings... Also, save save save...

Monet is amazing. I know that these negative reviews must be from people that lost which is the nature of the beast sometime. She assisted me in some very difficult family issues, and she and her staff were amazing. She knows the law, she will fight for you, and she sat with me while I cried. Her support was key in me getting through one of the darkest times in my life. Her staff was supportive and warm. I would use her again without a moment of hesitation. Should I or any of my loved ones need legal services, I will be contacting Ms. Pincus.

This was a horrible experiance for me and my family. I went to her after having gone almost 3 yrs with out my ex husband paying childsupport. All i wanted was a divorce and for him to have court ordered childsupported . It took her almost 3 months to even get a court date which was 7 months from the time i saw her . And what to my dismay did she forget to file ? Child support! Then she had the audacity to say i didnt pay for the service when i disagreed with her she then read my file (after leaving the court room) then when back in and asked the judge to add the child support in. Now once agin the ex got away with out paying for another 6 almost 7 months? And what does she say "can we please get past this" and then he lies and claims he has no job when i KNOW her office was submitted a form on how much he made before court from him. So needless to say i have to take him back to court to get him to pay what he should be paying. I have to say i would never reccomend this woman to anyone!

Fantastic lawyer in the courtroom as she will fight for you and not bad to look at either.

This lawyer will suck the life out of a plant if you let her. And she submits false evidence. Her and the associates needs to be disbarred quickly. She can't even practice in FL. Look for yourself. She uses the law in the wrong way and coaches others on hearsay.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with this woman. She did not communicate with us at all, and was extremely rude when we called to inquire about our case. Our case took three times longer than it should have. she told us 3 months for the entire process, 5 tops...it ended up taking a year due to her lack of efforts. Her staff is extremely disorganized and I found them to be confused and completely useless everytime I spoke with them. We were given misinformation on at least 5 occasions and she flat out lied to us in an e-mail about some paperwork we were waiting on. My advice for anyone would be to stay far away from her and do some research, as we should have, before choosing someone to represent you.

Monet defended me zealously and won my case which was a very very difficult case. She got my child back for me and stopped all further proceedings. Yes, she is a B.!.@.#.$, but she is an awesome attorney! She won my case which was nearly impossible.

She was totally unprofessional and unprepared. I went to her because she was right around the block from me. I shouldn't have chosen someone based solely on proximity to my own home.
Also, I had a problem with her that didn't have anything to do with family law, but she treated me poorly (she was selling her home FSBO) in this regard which says a lot for her lack of character.
