This is my second lawyer I had to retain after spending lot of money on the first one. I had a very bad experience with my first one and finally I was so glad that I found April Jones. She basically brought back me on track with my case and finally gave me some dignity. She is very knowledgable in family law and she does not charge outrageous amount for doing small things. She basically have paralegal and office assistance who take care of small stuff that could help you on the long run on your retainer.

April is extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable on family law. She forgot to submit papers to the other party, she made outrageous demands, filled out papers incorrectly and didn't even submit the appropriate supporting documents! She is a horrible attorney!!!!

She has you come into her office, sit down for two hours, charges you for the two hours, then sends a request to withdrawl from your case on the same day you meet with her. This happened 1.5 weeks before a court hearing I had. She wanted my whole bill paid in full otherwise she was not going to represent me even though we had a payment arrangement. She's a scam!
