My experience was an absolute mirror image of the other rating on here. I got stuck with the debt and other party provided little, if any, income, etc. documentation and was able to weasel out of pretty much any financial responsibility. Poor communication and seriously seemed bothered by me when I did speak to him and ask questions. He also reminded me repeatedly that he was soon to stop dealing with divorce cases. Easy $20k-ish for him I suppose. Good work if you can get it.

Cost me almost $20k dollars and I got all the debt, no support and no follow through when it came to getting the information needed to rectify those above issues. How can support be calculated and debt be distributed when he didn't even make the other party come up with income info during the 1.5 year process!!!!
