I feel I did'nt get a fair shake from her. I gave her $200.00 of $500.00 dollars we agreeded on for contempt charges against my ex-husband. She told me she would ask his Attorney if he would except service in this matter. She left a message on my phone stating The court date and that ex will be served. she called me 3 hours before court and asked me if he moved because she was serving him at the previous address. One phone call would have resolved this she takes weeks to return phone calls. I then asked her to refund my $200.00 and she brought up my the issue of my fully paid divorce stating problems she never charged me for and said there will not be a refund, that she "more than earned" the fee. I have terminated our business relationship and am no out $375.00 for half the QRDO my ex never paid me for $200.00 to her and he is destroying my credit since he is not paying court ordered bills.
