HE COST ME MY HOME........Charles Coppage Closed on my house in 1997. 2010 My husband and I went to him and said that we want to KEEP our house and get the debt off of us with filing chapter 7 or 13. He said that we could keep the house as long as we reaffirmed. We filed Chapter 7 and Reaffirmed our home or so we thought. He forgot/did not file our papers with the courts. I find out to late because our bankruptcy case was dismissed with an open court date to boot. I tried everything yes even contected the President of the US. Even he said that he (his people) could not help because we did not reaffirm. We did but now we are being kicked out of our home with equity and bad credit now. I know our credit would of been bad because of bankruptcy but we would not be looking for a place to live if he would of done his job. Finding a place with bad credit and in a resort area is hard. I have filed a greivance letter with the State Bar....Hope it works. Do not Hire Charles Coppage

Screwed up closing. Recorded deed and has not paid me for sale of my house (almost 200K). would not recommend to close on the sale of a dog house.
