He represented me more than a decade ago on a simple collection case. I did not have to be present, but learned judge threw out his work and said it had to be refiled. I do not know the technical reasons for refiling. It wasn't refiled. I complained to state bar and he mailed me everything back. He's incompetent.

I had a no brainier case with Breeden. When we went to court everything he submitted was hearsay. It was embarrassing to me to be represented by him. His communication skills and personality leave a lot to be desired. I would never recommend him to anyone

He did a halfway job. He is not very personable and he has poor communication skills. Find someone else
