Very knowledgeable but that's where it stops. He is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. We NEVER get our calls or emails returned or responded to. Literally months of calling almost daily. I have had to hand hold every step of the process to see that it gets done. What should have been a 36 month bankruptcy turned into a 40 month bankruptcy because of complete laziness and no follow through. The legal assistant even outright lied about filing it when it hadn't been done yet. I have no idea how this incredibly unprofessional office stays in business. There is ALWAYS some sort of excuse for not returning attempts at contact.
