I am suing this lawyer with another lawyer for conspiracy against rights which carries the death penalty for this lawyer possibly. Be careful with him as he stole over $1000 and will be facing a conspiracy against civil rights criminal action related to a district attorney pettit whom was under federal investigation.

Jim Coletta and Jim Villanova stole over $1000 from me and settled my case for only about $10,000 for a lifetime of wages when they promised me a $5000 per month annuity. Jim Villanova is a racist calling a black client of his "those people"

Mr Coletta is very compassionate and helped me during a most difficult time putting my husband in a nursing home.It was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. He gave me guidance and with little time to prepare saved me alot of money and gave me peace of mind. I highly recomend him.

I really couldn't make an above assessment, but I couldn't add the rating unless I graded him. I met w/him only once; he was to call in a week. Never did. I called or e-mailed him three or four times, finally I asked him to send back the papers I submitted to him and tell me why he wasn't going to see me. He never responded. My daughter is an attorney in California state. She called him several times with the same request to return my papers, and she asked why he never called me back. No response. Is that professional? How long does it take to respond, or have his secretary call me with a response?
