He did the same thing to me,..took my money,1000.00 and did nothing but lie about the progress.

Hire him to obtain visitation for me to see my daughter. He quoted me a price that I paid. He filed a petition of paternity & that's it. For over a yr he lied to me about the progress of my case. He lied about the mother being serve, court & mediation dates, & more. He never return any calls. The only way I could get any info out of him (although lies) was to show up at his office. When I took him to court the get some of my money back, he offered my a $250 settlement. I refused so he went before the judge & fabricated a story. He pretty must typed up some imaginary fees on Microsoft word, told the judge he used up the money on filing the petition, & that I refused to pay him more to complete the case. I didn't have a contact to prove otherwise so the judge ruled in his favor. Never once during the time he was working on my case did he request more money. This is a terrible lawyer. He makes a living on getting over on people. AVOID!!
