Carol Nelson is my Mother's lawyer. Recently Mom sold her house, the buyer put his money in escrow. The title will not be released to him because Mom is said to have deeded the house to her 4 kids. She didn't know this. 1 kid died and the 3 remaining are willing to sign back the title if that is what it takes. We did that, then was told the wrong form was sent to us. Furthermore the house can't go back to her because of my dead brother's debts. It is expected that his bad debts be paid from the sale.The house is not in her will, and why this lawyer is trying to hold Mom to that, we do not know. She is NOT working for Mom, but for herself, I guess. Do not hire her for anything unless you know more than she does.
