If they know anything they hate to share it except that Mr. Pitchlynn stated he was Choctaw Indian and helped the casino make tons of money? He sat on our RIGHT TO SUE until it was about to expire, said they had no one to refer us to and they would not take our case! Essentially dumping us at the last minute without an attorney, desperate to find one and no where to turn! Do NOT be fooled by these people they are out to help the business' not the people injured by them in our case!We had to file the document without representation, without advise and left our Right to Sue to expire without help of any kind. Don't leave anything with them soley expecting them to help you, believe they are going to without seeking secondary back up attorney assistance. This was a horrible experience as well as an injury case that was left with them after being injured in a casino! We never heard back from that either, injured in Sac and Fox Casino. They said they would take the case then never called.
