Communication is poor. Some was done by just asking his secretary to call and tell me something! He lost files on me. He tried to charge me multiple times for ones I already paid for, insisting I was in error until I provided proof of the receipt from my payment from the bill ($1200+ which I find ridiculous to begin with) for records. Would absolutely avoid him and save yourself weeks of stress I went through. And when I made a decision to change lawyers it went to a hostile environment to get what I needed.
