I hired Attorney Plotkin to file a chapter 11 bankruptcy for my business. He proceeded to sign a stipulation for me to vacate the premises without my approval. I made it clear to Attorney Plotkin, the attorney for the landlord and the landlord, UB Properties that I was not agreeing to the stipulation. They proceeded with the stipulation anyway. It seems Plotkin takes a big retainer, then does not exhaust all options for his clients. That way he can pocket the retainer with a minimum of work. He certainly was not working for my best interest. He covers with an affable personality.
