Not sure what the other guy was thinking. By far one of the best attorneys in Poky. Straight forward, kept me in the loop, and advised me well. Has a very good reputation with other attorneys as well. He fought very effectively for me. Would highly reccomend to a friend (and have already)

Kelly seems friendly and supportive. However, he has a very difficult time understanding arguments and remembering things. His record-keeping is chaotic and his billing is worse. When I asked for a record of charges, he provided vague statements and an affidavit that he was owed several thousands of dollars. As a mediator, he is a nightmare because he cannot track two sides of an argument at once. I cannot imagine what would happen in a stressful court situation. I would also avoid having him write anything because he uses too many words to get across too few ideas. People simply get bored with his going on and on. He may appear less expensive initially, but in the end he is very expensive because his poor memory and lack of communication skills make him take a lot longer than better attorneys.
