Mr. Brett has held up Escrow Funds on sale of our Real Estate since January 7, 2010. Has refused to pay even after Divorce Decree was filed in the Court July 7th, 2010. He has been using it as leverage to get his Attorney Fees paid by the Respondent. This has caused needless hardship on all parties involved. Has failed to furnish Statements of any expenditures or Balances to this Date. I feel that a person holding Escrow Money on sale of Joint Property should be responsible to handle it right. He has insulted me while I was on the Stand by shouting time and time again that I was a "Liar". His Client Perjured herself Through all of her questioning. This case was handled by Judge Truong July 7, 2010. Judge Truong awarded unbalanced equities favorable to the Petitioner and awarded all joint debt to the respondent. To me this is discrimination as Respondents income had been lost due to retiring due to health reasons at age of 69 plus years of age.
