This SSA disability attorney did not read my new medical reports, nor submit them to SSA DDB when I asked, while representing me on a disability reconsideration. he withdrew after 3 months when I confronted him that the DDB examiner was calling ME at home for new medical records, and I discovered he had not submitted any of the records I had given him on several occasions. he would not let me fax any documents to his law office, b/c "he did not own the fax or copier in his office", so I had to drive over an hour into downtown Indy to hand deliver them several times over the 3 month period. After I confronted him, he quit and filed a motion to withdraw, requesting that my DDB examiner remove him from my case, not contact or mail him anything, and gave me my entire file back. Within the next month, my reconsideration was granted, and SSA sent him $6000 from my back benefits in error. ***(see yelp for rest of this post....this site won't let me type >1000 words, so this review isn't all)
