This guy is a real piece of work. Beware He charged me for paperwork on a countersuit that he said he filed but never did. Forgot court dates. I wanted a jury trial but he took it upon himself to go with a judge trial. After I finally fired him he testified for the otherside. Totally unethical and I thought illegal but the judge allowed it. In my option this guy got paid off by the otherside midway thru this lawsuit. I know those are harsh words but that is how it seemed. He and the other attorney for the otherside went in the back room after depositions and everything changed after that point. The otherside knew we were putting together a 3 million dollar countersuit and so I feel they worked out a deal. The other company was getting bought out and could not afford to have this counter suit out there or it might mess up the sale of the company. Craig early on even said the other company really did screw me after I showed him all the proof I had. This guy is a snake, watch out.
