Brian does not return phone calls, His office staff calls harassing clients for money when bill is paid or arrangements are already made. Brian has no concern for his clients. He is in no rush to complete your case and he never files the right papers. He shows up late for court. He never sends you copies of your paper work ordered by court. He has no tact nor manners. Brian is a nice guy but a horrible lawyer, I would strongly advice against using him if you want your case won. However, if you like to loose, have constant phone calls demanding money or threatening court actions against you, if you like to never receive your court papers, never know you owe child support, never have court papers filed, loose money with no good outcome. Then by all means BRIAN is the attorney for you!!!! he cares for only his self. He has no obligation for or to his clients even though he is being Paid!! someone really needs to stop him from practicing. he needs BARRED from courts & from being a LAWYER!!

I wish I reviewed this comments prior to hiring Powell. I paid him cash for a simple misdemeanor and to retrieve my phone, not only did he not get my phone and not communicate with me. I fired him after 4 days and he filed as my attorney after I fired him. Now he won't return my money. Spread the word Bryan Powell is a scam artist.

I hired this man to handle my divorce. my spouse and I have been separated for over 19 years, one child from the union. No child support ever received. Last know address 19 years prior was spouse brother.Should have been a simple divorce. Brian sent one registered letter to Brother of spouse address. No further contact from Brian. It has been over a year since fees were paid. Brian does not return phone calls. But had no problem excepting fees for no work

I seriously wonder how this man became an attorney. He is extremely unorganized and barely returns phone calls. I was due in court one day and it was canceled and he never informed me of the cancelation. I do not recomend this attorney.

Acquired him for a divorce.He wanted to piddle fart around and drag it out. Then when it was finally over there was absolutely no quality communication about the money I wa to recieve from my ex's profit sharing. Definitely a foot dragger.Very lazy. Of course this is just my opinion on exactly what happened. Very unprofessional.
