This woman is a walking mess; she is SO organized and unable to stay on track. She does everything last minute resulting in non favorable outcomes. Her billing is also SO unethical and outright a lie at times. I have caught her several times over billing and once it was brought up to the secretary to correct, it was without a question. STAY AWAY FROM HER.

Fanominal Attorney and human, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Was always concerned about the best interest of my child. Would refer others; if I needed to do all over I would have chosen her sooner.

I would strongly advise you steer clear of attorney Kim Duell. She is unprofessional, biased, and her billing practices are unethical.

Attorney Duell has been very helpful to me through out my mediation as outside council and now years after my divorce she continues to help on so many levels. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced attorney in family law.

Although Ms. Duell has a shining reputation with the court, I would only recommend her allowing you to represent you or a loved one if you are prepared for the absolute worst nightmare of your life... Or she would be happy to take your nightmare and assist in making it even more horrifying for you and your children. Unfortunately, I am unable to give a negative rating, which would be more appropriate.

I have know Kim for many years.Kim was there when we needed her as a Lawyer.I seen her in action and have to say, Glad she on our SIDE.Kim always was available to talk.I know I can always count on her if I need her again.She is so important to my family.Kim for what you have done my Mom will always be grateful and we are blessed to know YOU.

Kim was appointed to be the GAL of my son twice and both times she spoke with both mom and dad fairly and did proper research that sided with neither party, but what was best for the minor child. Would def recommend.

She was appointed to represent my children and worked without ethics behind closed doors with their mother, her attorney and a psychologist to separate the children. Ms. Duell lobbied for the children to not be interviewed by the judge. As a result the children were separated, and have no contact despite being less than 25 miles apart. 9 years later, my college age son is heartbroken and has been suicidal, was beaten and is now shunned by his mother and stepfather, and I have not seen my daughter in 6 years. I wonder how many other lives this woman has destroyed.

This lawyer has consistently with the female in the divorce even after it has been proved that she is wrong. She has also sided with the female even after advise being adived by others that she has formed the wrong opion of the male.
