Mr. Jones, frequently does not show up for court which often delays the case. He will claim this is a positive strategy. In my family member's case, it went on for 4 years. His win is not necessarily your win. He does not appear informed of the case prior to court and does not provide opportunity to discuss strategies or information prior to court. The optimal time you will spend with Mr. Jones is when he says, "walk with me", and this is after court not before. Over the last 4 years, we left every court hearing confused and feeling under represented. My opinion is that Mr. Jones is rude, dismissive of his clients, and disrespectful. You will pay a premium price with unsatisfied results.

This clown had my case for 2 years before it was heard. EVERY time we met he had me review it for him so he could recall it. Brought in an "expert" witness who was not qualified to testify and was rejected by the court, but I still had to pay for his services. After 2 years, when the day of the trial came he was still unsure of his strategy. Made last minute decision on approach and lost case, of course. Very expensive as well. You pay for HIS Mercedes Benz parked out front! Complete fraud, do not use!
