Jennifer's performance was completely unprofessional. She was incredibly delayed in providing reports/responses and was frequently incredibly rude in her communication. She made numerous errors and then billed me for the time it took her to correct the errors that I pointed out, as well as becoming even more indignant and hostile because her work was questioned. Her delays dragged out an already unpleasant process by nearly an additional year. Please save your time, money, and sanity - hire someone else for your legal needs.

I had a very disappointing experience with her service. Communication was much delayed, and the delivery took much longer than expected. She frequently cited personal difficulties, including illness and multiple deaths in the family, to explain delays, to the point that it seemed excessive. Unfortunately, this impacted the overall experience.

Not only was I charged for conversations via phone with my ex, she never returned my call, or my lawyers call. She is biased, confused, and doesn't take the time to be fair (and I still won in this case). I would never recommend her or her services. She is incompetent.
