She failed to add creditor in bankruptcy after being paid to do so,then denied same to judge, resulting in threat by judge to have me investigated and summarily charged with fraud. Additionally,she shared my confidential information with creditors lawyer (whom was suing me),and did bring creditors lawyer to court to stand and conspire to alledge that he nor his client had been added and served a notice of bankruptcy, for the purpose to hide monies from the court,hence fraud. To be clear, when I received notice of creditors list from the court and saw the failing to list said creditor,I did deliver notice to creditors lawyer,personally, as well as, to the district court at a hearing where his client was suing me! The judge granted her request to withdraw,paid her in full,and gave no pursuit to her and the other attorney's perjury...A clear constituency. Screwed over by my lawyer,by the court,by my second lawyer,by bankruptcy administrator,and by the mortgage company.
