Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. And by that I mean other attorneys who have to use immature tactics to make up for what they lack as men. Although it is quite entertaining to watch some of them!!! Especially JIM WARREN!!! Alan is an embarrassment to his profession! Be careful to avoid working with him. In my situation, I paid him a ridiculous amount of money and received no results. It's unfortunate that I had to endure this type of treatment with the amount of money I was charged! I hope this rating prevents others from making a similar mistake. His communication skills are non-existent. When I would call to follow up on next steps, I would get charged to speak to his secretary. He never returned phone calls. He has an unprecedented ability to "forget" to do the things he promises or, even worse, do them more than once and charge for the same thing twice. Honestly, I could go on and on! Save yourself the time, energy and money and find a lawyer that has a solid work ethic and a genuine concern for their clients!

Has a problem with the truth. Very expensive for the results achieved. Would not recommend.
