I was a client of Dirks. He represented me in a community lawsuit over erosion from a community property. Dirk failed to properly represent us and made stipulations without our approval. Over 100k later we are worse than before. He should have let us know we were fighting a losing battle due to his stipulations he agreed to in court.
We are not pleased with Dirks service and stipulations he made without our approval. He even asked for money upfront at the last trial, this took us off guard since we paid on time for 5 years. Something seemed fishy. He knew we were fighting a losing battle. His estimate for the case was 30k and we spent over 100k (20k in the last month).
