Bern's team is really helpful! They offered to come to the hospital when a form was needed and I wasn't home to fill it out. Can't thank them enough, don't know if I'd have a case without them!

I didn’t really know if I had a case when I called in to Marc J. Bern & Partners. But the intake team walked me through the process and I received a call from an attorney a day later for more information. When I scheduled a meeting to drop off my medical documents in person, Marc Bern was in and came into the conference room to introduce himself and thanked me for my service. It meant a lot to me that the man with the name on the door wasn’t just a corner office kind of guy. We were able to file my case quickly and I have been regularly speaking with two lawyers from the firm. Always happy to give me an update

Mr. Bern was able to discuss the questions I had about my case in a minute’s notice and provided specifics on the developments being made on my claim. His staff followed up with me when it came time to fill out extensive paperwork and guided me through the process when I needed help. Marc himself as well as his partners also provided me with regular updates and stuck by me despite the challenges of my case. A true professional with respect for the little man.

Marc Bern is a mentally ill man. He does not have the skills or disposition to run a law firm. He is involved in multiple legal suits (people suing him). Your case will not be a priority. Please look else where for legal services.
