This attorney estimated the preparing and filing of a judgment and related activities to incur and expense of $1500. I was shocked by the bill that arrived for $5000 with no warning. Knowing my situation and the financial state I was in, a true professional should have contacted me the moment he realized the expense I was incurring, for nothing apparent to me. I will not let this rest here, as I will seek legal remedy for this, however, if you are considering his services I strongly advise you find an an attorney by referral, avoiding Michael S Fryar at all costs!
